After the great success of the 2016 monthly webinar series, we will continue to host webinars in 2017, though in our market survey we have had more requests for workshops and one-to-one mentoring. As such, we are offering a Power Series of 4 webinars this year,...

In this webinar Matt will describe:
The biomechanical patterns he has observed over the last 2 decades. What the research says about laterality and handedness patterns. What Janda was missing in his description of muscle imbalances: the “middle crossed syndrome”. How to assess & correct these findings to minimise injury risk and optimise performance.
The instructor Matthew Wallden was top notch, patient, wise and humorous. He handled all the different personalities so effectively while delivering his expertise.

As a fellow practitioner, both CHEK and osteopath, I hold Matt Wallden in the highest regard. I have attended courses run by Matt, and found his lecturing to be excellent and knowledge level far in advance of mine in many aspects. His work as a therapist is truly excellent and I have patients and colleagues who have been treated by him and speak very highly. His products are great and I recommend them to my patients. His articles are superb, my favourite being “The Osteopath, the Australopithecus and Ostrich” which sits on the walls of my clinics for our therapists to read. He has a real understanding of the primal lifestyle, and living the way our bodies were designed, and sometimes I wonder how many years it will take me to get to his level of knowledge of the human body. One area of big progress that I have noticed is the result of the Metabolic Typing Diet. (I have read the book too.) It is amazing! The increased energy level and that you feel you are clean inside the body is fantastic. I feel like I have woken up from something I didn’t know I was in, and that my senses have become deeper. I really feel good eating this way and thank you Matthew, I am not sure I would have started it without your support.
