Our policyfor refunds is that we cannot accept refunds on webinars or other downloadable products, however your purchase is transferable to another product.

It is also worth noting that if yoy wanted to cancel your purchase due to being unable to make the event, all webinars are recorded and so are downloadable at your own convenience.
