The training venue is based a 10-minute car drive from San Diego International Airport and within walking distance of Pacific Beach and Mission Bay

Who should come? This training is for any CHEK Professional who works with clients and would like to learn how to screen key tissues for issues you can only identify with your hands! It is also for anyone who wants to learn how to utilise mobilisation techniques to optimise difficult to access areas, such as the CT-junction, the sacroiliac joints, scapulothoracic joint and the rib cage.

What you’ll learn:

  • Palpatory skills for key tissues often symptomatic or overloaded by common postural syndromes and motor control issues
  • A range of treatment techniques to effectively address tender points, trigger points and scar tissue
  • Mobilisation techniques for key body areas which are often unresponsive to self-stretching or foam roller release
