The Basic Screen of your Physiological Load is a quick (10-minute) process, providing information about the overall load on your system in relation to:
- What You Eat
- Stress
- Sleep-Wake Cycles
- When You Eat
- Digestive System Health
- Fungus & Parasites
- Detoxification System Health
This provides you with a report illustrating the Physiological Load, which, as discussed in our Central Sensitivity videos, is a reflection of the likelihood of you experiencing over-excitation of the nervous system (known as central sensitization). This is often a hidden factor contributing to, or driving persistent pain, recurrent injury or unresponsive clinical conditions.
Once you have completed your screening, now you have two key pieces of information:
- current health status: allowing for more targeted interventions and, 2
- a benchmark: this is where you’re at now, so we can make some changes and, a couple of months down the line, we can reassess to understand how those interventions have affected your scores.
In short, this process facilitates knowledge, certainty, precision, effectiveness and, perhaps most importantly, motivation.
But, before you commit! Make sure to take a look at the Advanced Physiological Load (HAQ) screening to see if that’s a better fit for you. The Basic HAQ is great for general lifestyle advice and focus; whereas the Advanced HAQ is more helpful when there is a clinical condition – or you’re just intrigued to learn more detail about yourself!
The Basic Physiological Load comes with free advice videos delivered to your email each day for one week after you take the test. This allows you to address the scores which came up high for you effectively so you can make the changes you need toward a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Note: The more in-depth screen of your Physiological Load, the Advanced Physiological Load (Health Appraisal Questionnaire), screens 28 different organ, limbic and glandular systems of the body. Since there are so many systems screened, we provide the option for you to purchase all 28 informational support videos relating to the overall screening; or to simply purchase just the individual videos which relate to your high scoring sections.
